At your 45-minute virtual screening appointment, a member of our study team will:
• Confirm the details of your screening colonoscopy.
• Review the Informed Consent and Medical Records Release documents provided below and answer any questions
• Collect your digital signatures, complete screening, and provide information on next steps.
